However, we are not perfect, and that’s why we have a refund/cancellation policy that you can take advantage of if our work fails to meet your demands. We want you to feel safe when placing orders with us, so we are willing to give refunds upon request without any penalties.

We try to avoid refund claims as much as possible, even offering unlimited revisions to satisfy your expectations. However, if you are still not satisfied after exhausting all revision possibilities, we don’t mind refunding you. Bear in mind that refunds are not granted for completed orders, and you have no right to use our work if you decide to cancel an order.

We give a full refund:

• If the client fails the paper (must produce evidence of failed grade),
• If we are unable to deliver the order completely
• If an order is canceled before the writer is done writing, we give a refund depending on the extent to which the paper was already done
• The client must allow 3 days to process the refund
• You must not use our work if you cancel an order

We encourage clients to talk to us to facilitate refund claims before engaging the Bank or PayPal. We are always ready to listen and resolve issues amicably.

These conditions are put in place to ensure that everyone benefits from our refund policy. We sell intellectual services, and our papers are our intellectual properties. As such, our writers have the right to resell their work whenever you refuse to pay for it.
